2. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
3. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning -
4. 3/4 cup 2% milk -
5. 8 turkey breast cutlets (2 ounces each) -
6. 1/4 cup olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Breaded Turkey Breasts

1. Stage

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey cutlets in milk, then roll in crumbs.

2. Stage

In a large skillet, cook cutlets in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels.
