1. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
2. 1/4 cup olive oil -
3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -
5. 1 tablespoon sugar -

7. 1 tablespoon honey -
8. 2 teaspoons minced garlic -
9. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce -
10. 1 teaspoon salt -
11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
12. 6 beef T-bone steaks (16 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Savory Grilled T-Bones

1. Stage

In a shallow dish, combine the first 11 ingredients; add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

2. Stage

Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 6-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
