1. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
2. 1 garlic clove, minced -
3. 1 tablespoon olive oil -
4. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth -
5. 1/4 cup water -
6. 1 cup uncooked long grain rice -
7. 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
9. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Light Rosemary Rice

1. Stage

In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add broth and water; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, rosemary and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
