1. 1 large Yukon Gold potato, peeled and cubed -
2. 1/3 cup fresh broccoli florets -
3. 1/4 cup 2% milk -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons butter -
5. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli-Potato Mash

1. Stage

Place potato in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender, adding broccoli during the last 4 minutes.

2. Stage

Drain potato and broccoli; mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
