How to cook deliciously - Crustless Spinach Quiche

1. Stage

First, preheat your oven to 350°F. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms and saute until tender. Then, add the spinach and ham and cook until there is no moisture left in the pan. Turn off the heat and let this mixture cool while you prepare the egg mixture. Editor's Tip: You can quickly defrost frozen spinach by popping it in the microwave for one to two minutes. If you bought whole leaf spinach instead of chopped, make sure to choppe it after removing the excess water.

2. Stage

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the cheese. Add the cooled veggie and ham mixture, plus the pepper, to the eggs, and stir to fully combine. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Editor's Tip: Grease your pie plate with either room temperature butter, cooking spray or canola oil.

3. Stage

Bake the quiche for 40 to 45 minutes. To check if the quiche is finished baking, insert a clean kitchen knife into the center of the quiche. It should come out clean.
