1. 1 pound ground beef
2. 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3. 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
4. 1 cup water
5. 1 small onion, chopped
6. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
7. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
8. 1 teaspoon chili powder
9. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
10. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
11. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
13. 1 package (24 ounces) refrigerated mashed potatoes

How to cook deliciously - Stovetop Goulash

1 . Stage

Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Add mixed vegetables, soup, water, onion, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat potatoes according to package directions. Serve with goulash.
