Ingredients for - Herbed Tuna Salad
1. 1 can (6 ounces) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed -
9. 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise -
10. 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream -
11. 3 cups Boston lettuce leaves -
12. 6 grape tomatoes, sliced -
13. Optional: Sliced cucumber and fresh dill -
How to cook deliciously - Herbed Tuna Salad
1. Stage
In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream; stir into the tuna mixture.
2. Stage
Divide the salad greens between 2 plates. Top with tuna mixture and tomatoes and, if desired, cucumbers and dill.
