2. 1/2 medium green pepper, diced -
3. 1 celery rib, diced -
4. 3/4 cup sugar -
5. 1/2 cup vinegar -
6. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Pickled Cabbage

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green pepper, celery, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Toss to coat everything in the vinegar.

2. Stage

Cover and refrigerate the pickled cabbage for at least one hour before serving it.
