1. 2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
2. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
3. 1 cup water
4. 1/4 cup chopped onion
5. 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
6. 3 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
9. 6 hot dogs, sliced
10. 3 cups 2% milk
11. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
12. 2 tablespoons butter

How to cook deliciously - Hot Dog Chowder

1 . Stage

In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in hot dog slices and 2-1/2 cups milk. Combine flour and remaining milk until smooth. Stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in butter until melted.
