4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard -

7. BURGERS: -
8. 1-1/2 pounds ground beef -
9. 1/3 cup beef broth -
10. 2-1/2 teaspoons hamburger seasoning, divided -
11. 6 hamburger buns, split -
12. 3 tablespoons butter, softened -
13. Optional: Shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion -

How to cook deliciously - King Burgers

1. Stage

Cut 2 Tbsp. butter into 6 slices; let remaining butter soften. Place slices in a single layer on a small plate; freeze until firm. For sauce, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper until blended.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine beef, broth and 1-1/2 teaspoons hamburger seasoning; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place a butter slice in the center of each; shape beef around butter, forming 3/4-in.-thick patties. Sprinkle patties with remaining 1 tsp. hamburger seasoning.

3. Stage

Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. Spread buns with softened butter. Grill buns over medium heat, cut side down, for 30-60 seconds or until toasted. Serve burgers on buns with sauce and toppings.
