2. 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted -
3. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni -
4. 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables -
5. 1-3/4 cups water -
6. 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder -
7. 1 teaspoon dried basil -
8. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano -

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, macaroni, vegetables, water, garlic powder, basil and oregano.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
