1. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2. 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
3. 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
4. 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
5. 1/2 cup chopped celery
6. 1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped
7. 2 green onions, sliced
8. Dressing:
9. 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
10. 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
11. 2 tablespoons sugar
12. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
13. 1/8 teaspoon celery seed

How to cook deliciously - Veggie Macaroni Salad

1 . Stage

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, tomato, peas, cheese, celery, egg and onions.

2 . Stage

In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
