1. 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust (9 inches) -
2. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
3. 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese -
4. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
5. 4 large eggs, lightly beaten -
6. 1-1/2 cups whole milk -
7. 2 tablespoons chopped green onion -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme -
11. 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
12. 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham -
13. 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli -

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Ham Quiche

1. Stage

Line unpricked pie crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack while preparing filling.

2. Stage

Toss cheeses with flour; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion and seasonings. Stir in the ham, broccoli and the cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
