Ingredients for - Broiled Tomatoes

1. Tomatoes, cut into 3/4-inch slices - 2 large
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Dried basil leaves - ½ teaspoon
4. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste -
7. Soft bread crumbs - ⅓ cup
8. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ⅓ cup
9. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
10. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Broiled Tomatoes

1. Stage

Place an oven rack 6 inches from the top of the oven, preheat the broiler, and and arrange tomato slices on a foil-lined baking sheet.

2. Stage

Combine olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and brush onto the tops of the tomatoes.

3. Stage

Combine bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl and sprinkle the mixture over the tomatoes.

4. Stage

Place under the broiler until topping starts to brown, 3 to 4 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.

Transfer tomatoes to a plate, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and serve.
