1. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
2. 2 lb. chicken tenders -
3. 3 c. panko breadcrumbs -
4. 3 large eggs, beaten -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 4 tbsp. unsalted butter -
8. 1/2 c. buffalo sauce -
9. 1/4 c. barbecue sauce -
10. 2 tbsp. honey -
11. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
12. 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives -
13. Ranch dressing, for serving (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Buffa-cue Chicken Tenders

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large resealable Ziplock bag, combine flour and chicken. Shake until fully coated.

Set up a dredging station: In one bowl, add panko breadcrumbs and in another bowl whisk eggs and add 2 tablespoons water. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then panko until fully coated. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, honey and garlic powder. Bring to simmer then remove from heat.

4. Stage

Transfer baked chicken to a large bowl and toss with sauce. Return to baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve with ranch, if desired.
