Ingredients for - California Chicken Soup

1. Chicken broth - 1 (48 fluid ounce) can
2. Water - 3 cups
3. Frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - diced - 2
4. Onion, diced - 1 small
5. Thinly sliced carrots - 1 cup
6. Lemon pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic salt - 1 dash
9. Fresh broccoli florets - 2 cups
10. Frozen cheese tortellini - 1 (9 ounce) package
11. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - California Chicken Soup

1. Stage

Bring the broth and water to a boil in a large pot, and mix in chicken, onion, and carrots. Season with lemon pepper, oregano, and garlic salt. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 25 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.

2. Stage

Stir the broccoli into the pot, and cook 10 minutes. Stir in the tortellini, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until tortellini is al dente. Mix in the Paremsan cheese just before serving.
