Ingredients for - California Roll Salad

1. Uncooked white rice ½ cup
2. Water 1 cup
3. Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 small head
4. English cucumber, cut into 1 inch strips 1
5. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed 2
6. Shredded imitation crabmeat 2 cups
7. Wasabi powder, or to taste 2 teaspoons
8. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
9. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
10. Rice wine vinegar ¼ cup
11. White sugar 1 tablespoon
12. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - California Roll Salad

1 . Stage

Place rice and water in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Set aside to cool.

2 . Stage

In a large serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, avocado and imitation crabmeat. Stir in cooled rice. In a small bowl, stir together the wasabi powder, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Toss salad with dressing (recommended), or serve with dressing on the side.
