Ingredients for - California Roll Salad

1. Uncooked white rice - ½ cup
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Iceberg lettuce, shredded - 1 small head
4. English cucumber, cut into 1 inch strips - 1
5. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed - 2
6. Shredded imitation crabmeat - 2 cups
7. Wasabi powder, or to taste - 2 teaspoons
8. Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
9. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
10. Rice wine vinegar - ¼ cup
11. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
12. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - California Roll Salad

1. Stage

Place rice and water in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Set aside to cool.

2. Stage

In a large serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, avocado and imitation crabmeat. Stir in cooled rice. In a small bowl, stir together the wasabi powder, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Toss salad with dressing (recommended), or serve with dressing on the side.
