Ingredients for - Cannoli Dip

1. 2 c. heavy cream -
2. 1/3 c. powdered sugar -
3. 1 1/2 c. whole milk ricotta -
4. 1 c. mini chocolate chips -
5. 2 tsp. cinnamon -
6. Pinch of nutmeg -
7. Cannoli shells, broken in large pieces -

How to cook deliciously - Cannoli Dip

1. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream and sugar together. 

2. Stage

Fold in ricotta and chocolate chips, then stir in cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. 

3. Stage

If not serving right away, refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cannoli shells.
