1. 1 package frozen puff pastry shell -
2. 4 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese -
3. 1 c. milk -
4. 1 package JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding -
5. 1 Granny Smith or Red Delicious apple -
6. 3 tbsp. caramel ice cream topping -

How to cook deliciously - Caramel Apple Mini Cheesecakes

1. Stage

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Stage

Bake pastry shells as directed on package; cool.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, beat Neufchatel and 1/4 cup milk with mixer until blended. Add dry pudding mix and remaining milk; beat 2 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to use.

4. Stage

Remove top and doughy center from each pastry shell; discard removed pastry from center. Fill shells with pudding mixture; top with apples and caramel topping. Serve with pastry tops.
