1. 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning -
2. 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar -
3. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme -
4. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder -
6. 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice -
7. 4 flour tortillas (8 inches) -
8. Cooking spray -
9. 1/2 cup salsa -
10. 1/2 cup apricot preserves -

How to cook deliciously - Caribbean Chips with Apricot Salsa

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mixture.

2. Stage

Cut into each tortilla into eight wedges. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 400° for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine salsa and preserves. Serve with chips.
