Ingredients for - Cherry Mousse

1. Cherry - 100 gram
2. Sugar - 70 gram
3. Water - 250 Ml
4. Semolina - 25 gram
5. Agar agar - 2 gram

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Mousse

1. Stage

Prepare the products. Take the vyshnya out of the freezer beforehand so that it thaws.

Pour 200 ml of water into a saucepan, add the cherries, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, remove from the heat.

Remove from the heat. Soak the agar-agar in 50 ml of water for 5 minutes. Beat the slightly cooled mixture with a mixer until it is light and doubled in volume.

Bring the agar-agar to the boil and simmer on the lowest heat for a couple of minutes. Pour into the cherry mousse, add to taste the delayed cherry puree and once again whip the mass until fluffy.
