1. Quick cooking wild rice and chicken flavor mix - 1 (4.5 ounce) package
2. Boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed - 2
3. Chicken broth - 3 cups
4. Frozen pearl onions - 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Sliced mushrooms - 1 cup
6. Celery, diced - 1 stalk
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Half-and-half cream - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

1. Stage

Prepare rice mix according to package directions.

2. Stage

In a large pot, combine 1 1/2 cups prepared rice mix, cooked chicken, broth, onions, mushrooms, celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

3. Stage

For a thicker soup, stir in half-and-half and cook 5 minutes more.
