1. Acorn squash, halved and seeded - 2
2. Salt and pepper to taste - 2
3. Butter, diced - ¼ cup
4. Firmly packed brown sugar - 6 tablespoons
5. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Acorn Squash

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place squash in a shallow baking pan, cut-side down.
