3. White sugar - ¼ cup
4. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
8. Rye flour - ¼ cup
9. Cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes - 3 tablespoons
10. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground nutmeg - ⅛ teaspoon
13. Milk - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Apple Crisp with Rye Crumble

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly coat an 8- or 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Mix together apples, sugar, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared baking pan.

Combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, rye flour, butter, brown sugar, salt, and nutmeg in the empty bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon or with your hands until butter is distributed throughout flour and sugar mixture. Pour in milk and mix until combined.
