1. Coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®) - ¾ cup
2. Vegan chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life®) - 2 tablespoons
3. Espresso powder - ½ tablespoon
4. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
5. Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
6. Vegan whipped cream (such as So Delicious® Cocowhip™) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Mocha Latte

1. Stage

Combine coconut milk beverage and chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a slow boil, whisking constantly, until chocolate chips are melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk in espresso powder and cinnamon until completely incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Top with vegan whipped cream.
