8. Canola oil - ½ cup
9. Applesauce - ½ cup
10. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
11. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
12. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
14. Salt - ½ teaspoon
15. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
16. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry-Banana Bread with Walnuts

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8.5x4.5-inch loaf pans and one 5.75x3-inch mini loaf pan with butter.

Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Add sugar, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, oats, oil, applesauce, and vanilla and beat until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes to soak oats.

Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg to the strawberry-banana mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
