How to cook deliciously - Chicken fillet roll in bacon

To make the roll, use parchment paper to roll it up neatly. Lay strips of bacon slightly overlapping. On top of the bacon lay the chopped chicken fillet.

Remove the core of the tomato, cut into cubes. I have red and yellow tomato halves. Peel the seeds from the chili peppers and cut off the membranes. Place the tomato and chili. Salt and pepper to taste.

For a nice color roll, we sprinkle smoked paprika and garnish with fennel seeds. I did not salt the roll on top, the bacon is quite salty.
