2. Unsalted butter, softened - ½ cup
3. Buttermilk - ½ cup
4. Bananas, mashed - 3 large
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Spelt flour - 2 ½ cups
8. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
9. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Spelt Banana Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.

Cream sugar, butter, buttermilk, bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
