Ingredients for - Sicilian Anchovy Pasta

1. Spaghetti - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
3. Anchovy fillets, chopped - 1 (2 ounce) can
4. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
5. Fine bread crumbs, or to taste - 2/3 cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 cup
7. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 cup
8. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sicilian Anchovy Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add anchovies and garlic; cook and stir continuously until anchovies sizzle and garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Stir in bread crumbs and turn off heat. Stir in parsley and pepper.

Toss anchovy sauce with hot pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve.
