Ingredients for - Sicilian Anchovy Pasta

1. Spaghetti 1 pound
2. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
3. Anchovy fillets, chopped 1 (2 ounce) can
4. Garlic, crushed 3 cloves
5. Fine bread crumbs, or to taste 2/3 cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley 1 cup
7. Ground black pepper to taste 1 cup
8. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sicilian Anchovy Pasta

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add anchovies and garlic; cook and stir continuously until anchovies sizzle and garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.

3 . Stage

Stir in bread crumbs and turn off heat. Stir in parsley and pepper.

4 . Stage

Toss anchovy sauce with hot pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve.
