Ingredients for - Cheese Stuffed Olives

1. Cream cheese, softened - 4 ounces
2. Goat cheese, softened - ½ cup
3. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
4. Fresh basil, chopped - 8 leaves
5. Roasted garlic - 1 bulb
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 bulb
7. Jumbo or extra large olives - 2 (8 ounce) jars

How to cook deliciously - Cheese Stuffed Olives

1. Stage

Place cream cheese, goat cheese, Parmesan, basil, roasted garlic, and salt and pepper into a food processor; pulse until smooth and well blended. Spoon filling into a cookie press or pastry bag (a plastic baggie with the corner cut out will also work), and fill olives.
