1. Eggs 4 large
2. Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 head
3. Cherry tomatoes, halved 8
4. Avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced 1
5. Cucumber, thinly sliced ¼
6. Crabmeat ½ pound
7. Cooked shrimp 8 ounces
8. Mayonnaise ⅔ cup
9. Hot chile sauce ⅓ cup
10. Sweet pickle relish 2 tablespoons
11. Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
12. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
13. Lemon - cut into wedges, for garnish 1

How to cook deliciously - Crab and Shrimp Louis

1 . Stage

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop.

2 . Stage

Evenly divide lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, and eggs between 4 salad plates. Top with crab and shrimp.

3 . Stage

Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, chili sauce, relish, salt, and pepper. Spoon dressing over salad and garnish with parsley and lemon.
