Ingredients for - Shrimp Vermicelli Salad

1. Vermicelli pasta - 1 pound
2. Cooked shrimp - 1 pound
3. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
4. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic, crushed - 1 clove
6. Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
7. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
9. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Vermicelli Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
