Ingredients for - Smoked Chicken Salad

1. Chopped leftover smoked chicken - 2 cups
2. Chopped celery - ⅔ cup
3. Halved seedless red grapes - ½ cup
4. Chopped pecans - ¼ cup
5. Scallions, white and green parts, chopped - 3 medium
6. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
7. Raspberry vinegar - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
9. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Combine chicken, celery, grapes, pecans, and scallions in a medium bowl.

2. Stage

Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, paprika, and pepper together in a small bowl until well blended. Pour over chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
