Let's start by rinsing and boiling the rice. I boil it in the microwave; it takes about 7-10 minutes. While the rice is boiling, let's make the second filling. Shred the crab sticks and put mayonnaise on them.

Wash the spinach well, cut off the stems and dry it on a towel. Then chop it (you can just tear it with your hands) and put it in a frying pan in melted butter. Fry for about 2 minutes, it will darken and shrink in volume. Salt, stir.

Now add the cooked rice, stir, cover and turn off.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. I had only large tomatoes today - I sliced them with moon slices. Place the serving rings on a platter and start laying out our turrets. The bottom layer is the tomatoes.

And the last layer - rice with spinach, smooth and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Then take the turrets out of the molds. It is very easy to take out, press the filling with a spoon and lift up the rings. I have plastic rings, so I did not oil them (I think the silicone ones need to be oiled beforehand).
