Ingredients for - Shrimp Soup

1. Chicken broth - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
2. Beef broth - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
3. Shrimp consomme - 2 (10.5 ounce) cans
4. Frozen shrimp, thawed - 2 ½ cups
5. Fresh dill weed - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Sliced green onions - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Soup

1. Stage

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, beef broth and shrimp consomme. Bring to a simmer, then strain.

2. Stage

Return broth to pot and add shrimp and dill. Heat through and adjust seasonings. Garnish with chopped green onion.
