Ingredients for - Hearty Red Lentil Stew

1. Water, or to taste - 3 cups
2. Onions, peeled and finely chopped - 2 medium
3. Garlic, crushed - 4 cloves
4. Vegetable bouillon, or more to taste - 2 cubes
5. Red lentils, rinsed and drained - ½ pound
6. Butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and chopped - ½ medium
7. Carrots, chopped - 4 medium
8. White potatoes, peeled and chopped - 4 small
9. Sweet potato, peeled and chopped - 1 medium
10. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
11. Watercress - ¼ pound
12. Frozen peas, thawed - ¾ cup
13. Chopped fresh dill - ¼ cup
14. Gluten-free soy sauce (tamari) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Hearty Red Lentil Stew

1. Stage

Bring 3 cups water, onions, garlic, and 2 bouillon cubes to a boil in a large pot. Add lentils, squash, carrots, white potatoes, and sweet potatoes. If the majority of food is not covered in water, add more water and the corresponding amount of bouillon. Bring to a boil.

2. Stage

Lower heat and simmer until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes. Add celery and simmer for 5 minutes. Add watercress, peas, dill, and soy sauce. Mash some of the potatoes and cook until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes
