Ingredients for - Beef Gyro

1. Plain yogurt - 2 (8 ounce) containers
2. Cucumbers - peeled, seeded, and diced - 2
3. Olive oil, divided - 3 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh dill - 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon, juiced - ½
6. Garlic, peeled - 3 cloves
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 3 cloves
8. Beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips - 1 (1 pound)
9. Pita bread rounds - 5
10. Tomato, chopped - 1
11. Onion, thinly sliced - ½ small
12. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 (4 ounce) package
13. Shredded lettuce - ½ cup
14. Sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 (2.25 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Beef Gyro

1. Stage

Blend yogurt, cucumbers, 2 tablespoons olive oil, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender until tzatziki sauce is evenly combined.

2. Stage

Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beef in the hot oil until no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Layer half of each pita with steak, tomato, onion, feta cheese, lettuce, olives, and tzatziki sauce. Bring edge of each pita over the filling and secure with a toothpick.
