Ingredients for - Sesame Mustard Greens

1. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped ½ medium
3. Washed and cut mustard greens 1 ½ pounds
4. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
5. Water 1 tablespoon
6. Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
7. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
8. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Mustard Greens

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions to the hot oil and saute for 3 minutes. Carefully add mustard greens, garlic, and water; cover immediately and steam until greens are slightly wilted, about 4 minutes.

2 . Stage

Remove cover and mix greens. Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce. When greens are at desired texture, add sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
