1. Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 ½ cups
3. Chopped, cooked broccoli - 3 cups
4. Sliced almonds - ¼ cup
5. Butter - 4 tablespoons
6. Heavy cream - 1 cup
7. Cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes - ½ (8 ounce) package
8. Grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 4 ounces
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 4 ounces
10. Crushed pork rinds - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Keto Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Pour olive oil into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread over the bottom and sides. Arrange cooked chicken in a single layer in the dish. Distribute cooked broccoli evenly over the chicken and sprinkle with almonds.
