Ingredients for - Linguine with Broccoli and Red Peppers

1. Linguine pasta - 1 pound
2. Fresh broccoli, chopped - 1 pound
3. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
4. Butter - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 3 cloves
6. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1
7. Garlic salt - 1 pinch
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Linguine with Broccoli and Red Peppers

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

2. Stage

Steam broccoli with 2 tablespoons water in the microwave for 6 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a 10-inch skillet over low heat. Stir in garlic (more or less to suit your tastes), then red pepper slices; sauté gently.

Drain broccoli and add to skillet. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and sauté broccoli with peppers until soft.

5. Stage

Toss vegetable mixture with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
