Ingredients for - Linguine with Broccoli and Red Peppers

1. Linguine pasta 1 pound
2. Fresh broccoli, chopped 1 pound
3. Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
4. Butter 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic, minced, or more to taste 3 cloves
6. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1
7. Garlic salt 1 pinch
8. Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Linguine with Broccoli and Red Peppers

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

2 . Stage

Steam broccoli with 2 tablespoons water in the microwave for 6 to 7 minutes.

3 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a 10-inch skillet over low heat. Stir in garlic (more or less to suit your tastes), then red pepper slices; sauté gently.

4 . Stage

Drain broccoli and add to skillet. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and sauté broccoli with peppers until soft.

5 . Stage

Toss vegetable mixture with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
