1. Large shell pasta ½ (16 ounce) package
2. Lemon-infused olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Finely minced shallot 1 tablespoon
4. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
5. Capers 2 teaspoons
6. Chopped fresh dill 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Lemon, zested 1
8. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
10. Cooked salmon fillet, flaked ½ pound
11. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste (Optional) 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Lemony Dill Salmon Pasta Salad

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shells and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 9 minutes.

2 . Stage

Combine oil, shallots, lemon juice, capers, dill, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add in the flaked salmon. Mix to incorporate.

3 . Stage

Drain cooked pasta and add to the salmon mixture. Toss to combine. Refrigerate before serving, at least 30 minutes. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
