Ingredients for - Chicken Ranch Casserole

1. 2 rolls biscuit dough -
2. 2 tbsp. melted butter -
3. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix -
4. 1 rotisserie chicken (or 3 boiled chicken breasts) -
5. 1/3 c. ranch dressing -
6. 1/3 c. shredded Mexican cheese -
7. 1/3 c. fresh salsa, juices drained -
8. 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled -
9. Diced green onion, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Ranch Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. Peel apart biscuits and use a knife to cut them into quarters.

2. Stage

Place in a large resealable bag and top with butter and ranch seasoning mix. Seal bag and toss until biscuits are coated; pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish.

3. Stage

Use two forks to shred chicken meat into bite-size pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken and ranch dressing; pour on top of biscuit mixture. Top with cheese, salsa, bacon and green onions.

4. Stage

Bake until biscuits are lightly golden and cheese has melted, 20 to 22 minutes. Serve.
