1. 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix -
2. 3/4 cup butter, melted -
3. 3 cups diced zucchini -
4. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast -
5. 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted -
6. 1 medium carrot, shredded -
7. 1/2 cup chopped onion -
8. 1/2 cup sour cream -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Zucchini Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and melted butter until the stuffing is well-coated. Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mix for the topping. Stir the zucchini, chicken, soup, carrot, onion and sour cream into the bowl of stuffing.

2. Stage

Grease an 11x7-inch baking dish. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, and top with the reserved stuffing. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling hot and the topping is golden brown.
