1. 4 cups cooked long grain rice -
2. 8 radishes, sliced -
3. 4 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped -
4. 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped -
5. 2 cups thinly sliced celery -
6. 1/2 cup chopped onion -
7. 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise -
8. 3 tablespoons prepared mustard -
9. 3/4 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - Better Than Potato Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine rice, radishes, eggs, cucumber, celery and onion. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt.

2. Stage

Pour over rice mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
