1. 1 medium head Belgian endive -
2. 1/2 small head radicchio -
3. 1 1/2 c. baby arugula -
4. 1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar -
5. 1 tsp. honey -
6. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
7. tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 2 tbsp. grapeseed oil -
9. 1/4 c. walnuts -

How to cook deliciously - Chicory and Arugula Salad with Honey Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Combine greens in a serving bowl. Set aside.

2. Stage

Whisk together vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small nonreactive bowl.

3. Stage

While constantly whisking, add oil by pouring in a thin stream down the side of the bowl. Whisk until all oil is incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

4. Stage

Pour vinaigrette over salad and, using hands, mix to coat greens. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Top with walnuts and serve.
