1. 1/2 lb. raw peeled tiger shrimp -
2. 1 tbsp. Heinz tomato ketchup -
3. 2 tsp. fish sauce -
4. 1 handful cilantro -
5. 1/2 red chile -
6. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger -
7. 1 clove garlic -
8. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -

How to cook deliciously - Chile Shrimp with Tomato Ketchup

1. Stage

In a small bowl, coat the shrimp with the ketchup, fish sauce, cilantro, chile, ginger, and garlic.

2. Stage

Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok until it is shimmering. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side.

3. Stage

Serve immediately, with the sauce from the pan.
