Ingredients for - Chili Nachos

1. Plum tomatoes, finely chopped - 3
2. Finely chopped red or white onion - ⅓ cup
3. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
4. Lime - 1
5. Corn tortilla chips - 12 cups
6. HORMEL® Chili With Beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Sliced pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped (Optional) - 1 (2.25 ounce) can
8. Shredded colby or Monterey Jack cheese - 3 cups
9. Fresh jalapeno chile (or more to taste), thinly sliced (Optional) - 1

How to cook deliciously - Chili Nachos

1. Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Squeeze lime into the tomato mixture and toss until blended.

2. Stage

Arrange a single layer of chips on heatproof platter or baking sheet. Top with spoonfuls of chili, tomato mixture, olives and cheese. Add jalapeno slices, if desired. Repeat layers until all the ingredients are used.

3. Stage

Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Serve nachos hot.
