4. Finely chopped jicama - ½ cup
5. Green onions, diced into 1/4-inch pieces - 2
6. Shredded carrot - ¼ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
8. Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced - ½
9. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
10. Rice wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
11. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Fresh cracked black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage
