1. Vegetable oil, or as needed - 1 ½ teaspoons
2. White onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
4. Lean ground turkey - 1 ⅓ pounds
5. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
8. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Garlic salt, or to taste - 1 pinch
10. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
12. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
13. Low-sodium chicken broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
14. Tomato puree - 1 (10 ounce) can
15. Chopped green chilies - 1 (4 ounce) can
16. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Clean Turkey Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned, about 6 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, broth, tomato puree, and green chiles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer until flavors blend, about 30 minutes. Top chili with cilantro.
