Ingredients for - New Mexico Green Chile Meatloaf

1. Hamburger - 1 ½ pounds
2. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
3. Diced green chiles - 1 (6 ounce) can
4. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
5. Milk, or as needed - ½ cup
6. Eggs - 2
7. Crushed crackers - 15
8. Salt, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - New Mexico Green Chile Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.

2. Stage

Mix hamburger, tomatoes, green chiles, onion, milk, eggs, crackers, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
